Why should I use PostBack?

Customers have rated your business… why shouldn’t you be able to rate and review your customers? PostBack lets businesses rate, review, and track clients while keeping your legal team happy.

Do I need to be a business to use PostBack?

No, but to assist other business owners it is a plus! You do need to be affiliated with a business and have interactions with customers.

Is my customer review anonymous?

YES! Your reviews of customers on PostBack are anonymous and your name never displays. We don’t allow any blogging so you are good to go!

Is there a PostBack app?

We’re so glad you asked! Our PostBack app is currently in development and will be available in 2026. Stay tuned!

Why can’t I write about what happened with the customer I am reviewing?

Here are PostBack we want you to be able to rate and review a customer without getting into legal trouble. Open text fields can easily slide into trouble zones. Don’t see what you need to tell your story? Suggest an option »

What if I don’t want to use my business name, or I don’t have one?

We understand there are many situations where you may not use a business name. PostBack welcomes medical providers, freelancers, contractors, etc., to use your name as your business name. However, as we do not allow blogging you shouldn’t need to worry about what you say. Remember, it is okay for a business to stand up to internet criticism.

What if I have multiple businesses?

No problem. You can rate and review customers from multiple businesses from your one PostBack account. Your name and business name never appear on your reviews.

What about HIPAA?

We’ve provided pre-filled options for your businesses to describe your clients. Additionally, your business information does not show on the review. As a result, you would not be giving up vital HIPAA information.

We’ve created PostBack’s client rating system to protect businesses. PostBack does not take responsibility for any HIPAA violations. We do not want to violate anyone’s rights here at PostBack. Please confirm with your legal team what is appropriate for your business.
